I went to the dealership directly, the lady was polite and courteous and made an appointment to bring the car in. When I brought the car in for service, again I was very well received and as the car was going to be tied up for hours for the service, I requested a car and again was given a car to go on my way most promptly. When my car was ready to go I was called and when I called the bill was ready with $.00 charges. This is my third caddy and the service is getting better.
